Your home’s price we can give you exactly: base price plus whichever add-ons you choose. External costs, shipping, crane, site prep and utilities, we give as a realistic range, because those rates are set by local contractors, not by us. They only become final once we’ve coordinated and signed with contractors for your address. That’s what the consultation starts: getting from range to real number.

Nestron drives the technical permit work support with a licensed contractor from your local jurisdiction. After the booking deposit, a structural engineer and a local licensed architect prepare the sealed drawings, engineering calculations, and code responses your application requires, and they work directly with your local building department through the review.

For US buyers, yes: Nestron can assist with the financing process. We have a US financing partner and we make that introduction at no cost. Buyers are equally welcome to use their ownlender if they already have one they trust. Outside the US, financing is still possible but the process runs entirely on the buyer’s side, because Nestron doesn’t have lending partners in those markets.

Factory production runs 90 to 120 days from when payment clears and the engineering review is complete. Shipping adds an estimated 30 to 40 days to US destinations. Permitting and site prep happen in parallel with production, so they don’t usually add to the total unless permitting takes longer than expected in your jurisdiction or site conditions require extra work.

Yes. Nestron has Legend Two units installed at Morongo Casino Resort and Spa in Cabazon, California. Visits are arranged by appointment, either in person or via live video walkthrough. Contact us directly and we can almost always schedule a time that works.
