01

Consultation

Start with a conversation. We talk through your site, your goals, and whether a Nestron home is the right fit. You’ll get a recommendation on which model suits you, which add-ons are worth it, and a clear picture of timeline and total cost, including the parts priced at market rates like shipping, site work, and connections. Our team stays available for questions throughout.

02

Customization

Once you decide to move forward, we tailor the home to you. Most aesthetic choices, flooring, finishes, and color, are included at no extra cost: if we can source it, we can build it. We’ll walk through the options with you. Larger structural or layout changes are possible too, and we’ll show you what each one involves.

Building, permitting, and prep, in parallel

This is where factory building pays off. Once your order is confirmed, three things move forward at the same time.

Manufacturing

We build your home at our factory, with photo and video updates at each stage or on request.

Permitting

We coordinate with licensed architects and structural engineers in your area to prepare and manage the permitting for your jurisdiction.

Site prep

You prepare your site, with our guidance. This usually means a simple foundation and clearing or leveling the land.

Because these run in parallel instead of one after another, the overall path is shorter than site-built construction.

04

Shipping

When your home is complete, it goes through a final inspection, and we walk it with you before it leaves the factory. Our shipping team then plans the route from our facility to the port nearest your property.

For the ocean crossing, every unit is sealed in our proprietary protective packaging, built specifically to guard the home against moisture, impact, and the stresses of sea freight.

Delivery and installation

We handle customs clearance at the destination port. From there, the unit is loaded onto a flatbed carrier and delivered to your site. On arrival, it’s craned onto the foundation, utilities are connected, and the home is ready to live in. A lot of coordination happens behind the scenes, but from your side, delivery and installation happen in a single day, usually within a few hours.

After-sales support

A Nestron is built to last, and we’re here for the long run. Because we designed and built your home, we know it inside out, so whenever a question comes up, on maintenance, materials, or sourcing the exact part you need, you reach the people who made it. And when you’re ready to add a second unit or reconfigure the space, we’re already up to speed. With Nestron, the sale is where the relationship starts.
