Rapid-deploy housing for public and institutional programs
Fixed per-unit pricing. Factory-built quality. Move-in ready on arrival.
Built for government
& institutional buyers
You need facilities deployed at scale, on a budget, and often on a deadline. Whether it’s housing for a public program, field offices for a remote operation, or custom-built units for a use case unique to your organization, you need a product that’s predictable in cost, fast to deploy, and built to last.
Nestron works with government agencies, tribal housing authorities, universities, healthcare systems, military installations, non-profits, and businesses deploying units at scale.
Institutional experience since 2009
Our factory has been producing modular housing since 2009, with completed projects including a 1,134-module mining camp dormitory in Mongolia and public servant housing in Papua New Guinea. That institutional-scale experience backs every unit we deliver.

Popular government & institutional applications
Emergency and disaster housing
Deploy fully furnished units quickly after natural disasters or displacement events. No on-site construction required.
Transitional and supportive housing
Durable, dignified units for programs serving unhoused populations or individuals in recovery. Ready to occupy on delivery.
Military and base housing
Standardized, low-maintenance units for service members. Uniform product simplifies procurement and facility management.
Student and faculty housing
Compact, fully equipped units for campuses with space constraints or enrollment surges. Deploy seasonally or permanently.
Healthcare worker housing
On-campus or near-site housing for staff at hospitals, clinics, or remote medical facilities.
Tribal and rural housing programs
Factory-built construction bypasses local labor shortages common in rural and tribal areas. Units ship complete to any accessible site.

Flexible spaces beyond residential living
Housing is our primary application, but Nestron units aren’t limited to it. We work with businesses and institutions to custom-design units for non-residential use cases where traditional construction doesn’t make sense.
One current project: a fintech company is using custom-configured Nestron units as physical branch locations for credit unions in rural and remote communities, where spending $1 million+ on a traditional build isn’t justified. The units are designed to their specifications and deployed at a fraction of the cost.
If you have a use case that requires a durable, self-contained structure but doesn’t fit the traditional construction model, we’ll work with you to design and build to your requirements.
Why factory-built for public programs
Government and institutional projects have two constraints traditional construction handles poorly: fixed budgets and hard deadlines. On-site builds run over on both. When you’re working with appropriated funds or grant timelines, that’s not an inconvenience. It’s a program failure.
Nestron units are fully constructed in a factory before they ship. The unit price is set at order. The timeline is set at production. What arrives at your site is a finished, furnished home.

Budget certainty
Fixed per-unit pricing with no change orders. The unit price you approve is the unit price you pay.
Faster deployment
Site prep and foundation work happen in parallel with factory production. Units arrive ready to connect and occupy.
No local labor dependency
Factory production eliminates reliance on local contractors and skilled trades, which is critical in remote, rural, or post-disaster environments.
Uniform compliance
Every unit is built to the same spec. Easier to document, easier to inspect, easier to approve.

The Nestron advantage
Move-in ready
Ships complete with furniture, appliances, lighting, and climate control. No separate FF&E procurement or punch lists.
Scalable orders
Our 113,000 sq ft factory produces 1,000 to 1,500 units per year. From a handful of units to large-scale deployments. Discounts available on a per-project basis.
Durable, low-maintenance construction
Factory-built with consistent materials and quality control. Designed for long service life with minimal upkeep.
Two design lines
Cube Series (modern) or Legend Series (traditional). Select the aesthetic that fits the setting and community.
Single-supplier accountability
One contract, one point of contact from order through final delivery. Simplifies procurement and vendor management.

Let’s scope your housing program
Tell us about your project: how many units, your site, and your timeline. We will put together a proposal with per-unit pricing, logistics planning, and deployment schedule. Shipping, site work, and crane are quoted at market rates and passed through at cost.
