Your home is fully built before it leaves our factory. We manage every step from shipping to installation.
Shipping your home
Once your home passes its final factory inspection and you’ve approved it during a live video walkthrough, it’s ready to ship.
Nestron partners with experienced international shipping specialists who manage ocean freight, customs documentation, and import paperwork from start to finish. Shipping is priced at market rates and passed through at cost. We quote it at the time of your order based on destination and unit count. There is no Nestron markup.
Ocean transit to the U.S. typically takes 15–30 days, depending on routing and weather conditions.
Building at scale since 2009
Every home is protected using Nestron’s proprietary shipping packaging, specifically engineered for long-distance ocean and overland transport. Combined with our galvanized steel and aluminum frame, it helps minimize the risk of transit damage. Cargo insurance is included with every shipment.
Delivery & installation
Your home is delivered directly to your site, with route planning and logistics managed by Nestron.
Delivered to your property
After clearing customs, your home is transported by flatbed truck directly to your site.
Nestron coordinates route planning, access requirements, road restrictions, and delivery logistics. If you already have a preferred transportation provider, you’re welcome to arrange delivery yourself.

Delivery is billed at market rates, set by distance from the port and local trucking conditions. During your consultation, we will provide a clear estimate and explain exactly what to expect.
Installation day
Most installations are completed in a single day.

Your home arrives by flatbed truck.
Crane placement
Lifted onto the prepared foundation.
Utility connections
Your contractor connects water, sewer, electricity, and gas.
Factory-ready
Connection points, piping, and the electrical panel are already installed, so it’s connections, not construction.
Fully coordinated
We can recommend a crane provider or work with yours. Engineering ensures your foundation and site are ready before delivery. Crane service is billed at local market rates by the provider, with no Nestron markup.
One day to move-in
From your perspective, installation is simple, you watch a finished home arrive, be placed, connected, and ready to live in.
How delivery and installation are priced
The home is fixed. The site is market. Your unit and any factory-installed add-ons are priced when you order, and that price does not move. Shipping, customs, port-to-site delivery, crane, foundation, site prep, utility connections, and permit fees are set by your local market and providers, not by us. We coordinate them and size them in your quote, and we pass them through at cost. There is no Nestron markup on anything we don’t build.
Because every project is different, your quote includes a detailed breakdown of each cost based on your location and site conditions.
